In a recent phone call, Exotic also makes some eyebrow-raising accusations against chief FBI agent Matt Bryant, who built the case against him, and prosecutor Amanda Green. The bullet lodged in the base of her brain above the spinal column but Mary Jo survived, and then endured multiple surgeries and facial reconstruction. Mary Jo Buttafuoco was shot in the face in 1992 by teenage Amy Fisher, who had been having an affair with her husband Joey.
